Thomas M. Hartwig
Thomas M. Hartwig is an associate in the Ft. Lauderdale Office. Mr. Hartwig is a trial attorney with extensive experience defending physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacists, home healthcare agencies, outpatient surgery centers, health maintenance organizations, dentists, and radiology facilities. His practice also includes representing physicians, nurses, and other professional before their respective licensure boards. Mr. Hartwig’s practice also encompasses the areas of personal injury, premise and product liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims. He handles all states of litigation including case investigation, motion practice, all aspects of discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and trial in state and federal courts.
Mr. Hartwig’s earned his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo school of Law in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science from state University of New York at Brockport in 1993, graduating with a major in Criminal Justice.
Mr. Hartwig is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York. He is also admitted in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
