Nita Serrano Appointed to the Thirteenth Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law Circuit Committee

The Supreme Court of Florida recently approved the appointment of Juanita Serrano to the 13th Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee “A”. The Unlicensed Practice of Law Circuit Committees (UPL), are involved with complaints alleging that an individual is practicing law without a license and are investigated by one of 31 local circuit committees composed of lawyers and nonlawyers.
