Curtis Campbell

Curtis Campbell was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2014 and his Juris Doctor degree in 2019. During Law School, Mr. Campbell won Top Brief awards at the National Emory Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition in back to back years. He also served as the President for Legal Aid Society. Mr. Campbell was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2019 and the Florida Bar in 2021.

Mr. Campbell’s prior experience in Tennessee involved determining coverage related issues pertaining various insurance policies, including whether businesses received coverage for COVID-19 related losses in the landmark case In re: Society Insurance Company COVID-19 Business Interruption Insurance Coverage Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2964. While in Florida, Mr. Campbell has handled catastrophic commercial litigation, construction litigation, class action litigation, and medical malpractice defense litigation. He will continue to focus his practice on the defense of medical malpractice and general liability claims, including wrongful death claims.

Mr. Campbell is an active member of the Florida Bar and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar. He currently serves as the mock trial coach for the Ribault High School mock trial team.
